Our products are only available to UK residents (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales) aged over 65 years old and are distributed via the internet.

All emergency medical assistance for our products is undertaken by Astrenska Assistance on behalf of the underwriter, and all travel insurance claims are handled by Global Claims Services (GCS), with the exception of legal expenses claims which are handled by Enterprise Insurance Company PLC on behalf of the underwriter. These are highly customer-focused and reputable organisations, who will be able to help assist you with your claim efficiently.

All travel insurance claims must be notified using our claims form. In case of emergency when abroad, our customers must contact Astrenska Assistance via the telephone number provided on their policy schedule; this is provided online with each policy purchase confirmation. Should you need to make a travel insurance claim or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct and secure access to our customer database to enable the speedy confirmation that you are one of our customers. This enables them to instantly check that your travel insurance cover with the underwriter is in place. However, for data protection purposes, this is all the information they are allowed to access from our database.
